At Bruce County Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Center we employ a patient centered comprehensive approach to treatment with the aim of returning you to your optimal functional as quickly as possible. Our clinic specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide variety of conditions and disorders relating to the skeletal, nervous, and muscular systems.
We believe firmly in treating the source of the problem rather than the symptoms alone. This is done by not only addressing the joint components but also accessing the muscles, prescribing the appropriate rehabilitative exercises and stretches and sometimes functional testing. We are excited to announce we have finally been given the all clear to reopen from our professional colleges.

One of the primary forms of chiropractic care is the adjustment. An adjustment is a non-invasive, manual procedure that is designed to restore motion to a restricted joint in the body. Our bodies are designed for movement and without it we will definitely experience poor health consequences. The body contains many joints; both in the spine as well as more peripheral joints such as the wrist and ankle.
Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession that assists people to restore, maintain and maximize their strength, function, movement, and well being. Physiotherapists have an in depth knowledge of how the body works and specialized hands-on clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat symptoms of illness, injury and disability.
Massage Therapy is described as the manipulation of soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and joints. Jenessa uses a variety of traditional Swedish techniques, along with trigger point therapy, fascial techniques and joint mobilizations to provide relief for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
Laser Therapy uses photobiomodulation: using light to stimulate cellular function and accelerate the healing process. The light emitted from the Class IV laser penetrates deep into the tissues, increasing local circulation to deliver nutrients and remove wastes from the area being treated. This process reduces inflammation and ultimately decreases pain.
It's important to understand that your feet have a direct impact on the rest of your body. A small abnormality in your foot function can have a large impact on the joints in your body, causing pain and discomfort. Orthotics are devices worn in your shoes that provide correction to your feet, helping them to function more efficiently.
