Chiropractic care is a primary health care profession in Ontario. Chiropractic doctors use non-invasive, hands-on techniques to diagnose, treat and prevent disorders related to the spine, pelvis, nervous system and joints. Your back health is important! The body's information highway - your nervous system - is protected by your spine.
Your first visit to a chiropractor at Sound Chiropractic can last up to 45 minutes, and will consist of a thorough history, physical examination and a diagnosis of the chief complaint (reason for the visit). During the history, the Doctor will be engaging you in a conversation that provides information and will help lead towards a diagnosis.

Dr Rachel and Dr Zach are both friendly and welcoming, and do everything they can to get clients feeling their best. From adjustments, to pillow recommendations, stretching exercises and acupuncture they’ve both helped me to feel better. I am very appreciative of their time and expertise. Sound Chiropractic is always clean and professional. Dr. Rachel was great at answering all of my questions during my first appointment, as it was my first time seeing a chiropractor. She's helped improve my stiffness and pain over a few visits and she's given me helpful exercises and stretches to do on my own time.

My husband and I have seen Dr. Zach and Dr. Rachel for approximately 3 months now. They are fantastic, caring doctors with a genuine interest in your health. I like the fact that I get an adjustment with a bit of physio mixed in it and also they use a massager for your muscles which feels great. I am seeing results in terms of less headaches and neck pain. I am truly happy that I found them!

I’ve been getting adjustments by Dr Zachery as needed over the last 5 months while I’ve been in school and it has really helped me stay pain free. He does work on my muscles too every session so I would say it’s great extra value and actually helps both the spine and muscles in my back.
I haven’t been treated by Rachel but she has always been very nice when I see her at the clinic.

Dr Rachel & Dr Zach are so friendly and easy to talk with. I saw Dr Rachel for my appt today, she is very thorough and did an amazing job making me feel better already after just 1 appt!
