For each investment, we have a senior, empowered, and accountable team leading the plan and delivering premium risk adjusted returns. Collectively, the principals have over 40 years of extensive experience in the industry serving tenants, partners, and investors.
TAKOL along with partners Urbanfund Corp and Shelborne Capital, acquired these 3 multi-tenant industrial buildings in the summer of 2020. Totaling 207,000 SF, TAKOL will add value to the project via a new BUR roof, refurbished parking lot, and other upgrades. With its own signalized intersection and prominent street-front visibility on one of Brampton's major thoroughfares, this project has the TAKOL team excited for the work to come.
