Bad customer service. I do not recommend this company. We had 4 windows glass replaced in July of 2018. In summer of 2020 one of the windows fogged up. We contacted Chris at Qualiglass and agreed to replace the glass in spring of 2021.
I have emailed Chris photos of fog and frost between pains and contacted Chris in March of 2021. She told me that the glass will be ordered. I had many unanswered emails and many phone calls since with no response. Chris emailed me in about July saying that the weather was too hot to do the work. I have many emails and left phone messages again since with no response

A beautiful update to our house!
We wanted to update our front entrance and allow more light in.
While most companies options were to cut out the entire existing door (including our outdoor siding!) and replace it with ridiculously expensive doors, Rick from Qualiglass came up with a cheaper option.
We simply replaced the door "slab" itself and the sidelights with fibreglass panels and beautiful privacy glass.
A much cheaper and easier option. It looks great and our house is now full of light!
Some minor errors; the hole in the new door slab for the door handle was cut higher by one inch and

Great product, professional installers.
My wife and I bought an old house over a decade ago, and being a young family have slowly replaced most of our doors and windows using Qualiglass, including a huge front window. Over that whole period, the product has remained excellent (not a single issue) and the installers were always highly professional and courteous.
