I needed to replace a broken window and get a quote to either modify a window in my house for a portable AC unit, or install a new window. Ray was able to suggest a lexan insert in the existing window so I could purchase an indoor AC unit and not have to change the window out completely. One other company had come in and recommended a new window at a much greater expense. Once Ray had the order they were timely and efficient in getting the new window and the insert. Installation was a breeze. Finding a company that will do what's in the interest of the customer and not themselves is hard to find

Brought my truck in for a windshield change, it was ready the next day on time. The reason I rate it so poorly is because upon receiving the truck I noticed that they had torn my roof-liner from the roof near the window. When I confronted them, they claimed that they had absolutely nothing to do with it and that I would be required to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous the lack of responsibility this company displays. Will not be returning.
