Ellement Consulting Group is a private, employee-owned, actuarial consulting firm that has been providing pension and benefit programs, administrative services, and investment consulting to clients across Canada since 1996.

Our fast growing team includes professionals with the following designations, (ACIA, ASA, FSA, FCIA CFA, CFP, CLU, CEBS), who are subject to the code of ethics, code of conduct and the conflict of interest policies of their relevant professional bodies such as the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the CFA Society.

At Ellement we conduct and implement all actuarial and administrative services related to the design and operation of the pension trust fund. From the handling of client and member inquiries, processing retirement, termination, and death benefits, to the correspondence and submission of required regulatory documents to the appropriate regulatory authorities, Ellement has been servicing individuals and client groups for almost 20 years.

Expertise - we ensure that each project is allocated based on identifying the core competencies required, and assigning the personnel that best possess the required skills. Peer Review -all reports are subject to peer review by one actuary, and one staff member, while major reports are subject to review by two actuaries.
