Really great experience here. Staff are very transparent and friendly as well as accommodating. I brought my wrx here to have a crack in my bumper fixed and it was done in 2 days. I also had the luxury of driving a very nice new Toyota rav4 while I waited. Thank you so much for fixing my car and going above and beyond.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of repairs this shop produces. My right rear passenger door was damaged a while back. I sent it here to have it replaced . They must have ripped off the interior door panel and all the exterior trim on the right side and broke the clips. THEY GLUED EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER AND DID NOT REPLACE THE CLIPS. The paint on the inside of the door has already began to peel. And there is orange peeling of the paint on the exterior of the right side of the car. I would never in a million years send my car back there again. I don't even have the trust in them to

I had repairs done at Forest Hill. My insurance company recommended them and assured me the work would be guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle. The front office was really professional. Greg explained the repair process and length of repairs. I was somewhat concerned, due to the fact the vehicle being less than three months old. To my surprised they definitely exceeded my expectations. The vehicle was flawless. Thanks for everything

I had repairs to my vehicle done at Forest Hill and the repairs were exceptional. The staff was polite, professional and very knowledgeable of what had to be done. The gentleman that I dealt with was Greg, he was very informative and kept me aware of the status of repairs as they proceeded. My car looks as good as new and I would definitely recommend this Body to shop to friends and family.

Had to send back my Ford Focus several times.
They damage your vehicle while it’s in service.
When I got my car back the first time, the back window was all scratched up. And the damages were not fixed property, they we not straight. Sent it back, got it back in worse shape ! Twilight was damaged, and the truck was crooked.
Confident people, working here who make you feel comfortable, with terrible service. And even worse repairs.
Go to your local body shop. They guys aren’t worth your time. Unless of course you’d like to send your car back a thousand times for them to tear it up even

I recently had my vehicle in a collision. My insurance company recommended Forest Hill Auto Body for the collision repairs. I arrived at their front office and was greeted by the most pleasant receptionist. I was offered coffee and access to their wifi. Jason was the gentleman who assessed the damages. He identified the vehicle was not safely operable and arranged for a rental and sent me on my way with limited loss of time. The repairs were great and am most satisfied. I will definitely recommended their services.
