I can highly recommend Baymount Plumbing! I called them with a time sensitive project and two plumbers showed up three days earlier than I needed and completed the job in a few hours. With two professionals, this meant my invoice was substantially less as the labour time was low and the job was completed in half the time. I have used two other plumbing companies in Collingwood and have had terrible results/service from them. Thank You Baymount for completing the job when you said you would which is such a rarity in this town!

Critical: Responsiveness
Unprofessional receptionist. This is an awful company to deal with. Will never deal with them ever again. They took too long to accept or decline the work then they say i am the one that is not responsive.

We have used Baymount Plumbing in the past given the great service we have traditionally been provided, but given the exceptional response time and repair cycle that we witnessed over the holidays, I simply had to call this out.....the support that was provided to unblock, reinstall and activate a new sump pump which prevented a major flood and catastrophe at our residence was nothing short of exceptional. Exceptional. 2nd time we've called them. Super quick to respond and had a team dispatched to our home and the problems fixed the same day.
I'm sure they can't always be that quick with the response times, but so far... they're 2 for 2 and have earned any future business from us.
Highly recommended.

I called Baymount twice in two days regarding a toilet problem and did NOT get a return call either time. When I called Coast to Coast, a technician was here the next morning and solved my problem. I will NEVER recommend Baymount to anyone I know!!!

No good experience, they did ok , but didn't solve my plumbing problem thoroughly, I have to pay extra money to find another plumber to get it done finally 😪
