In December of 2018 my daughter was a passenger in a vehicle that was involved in a car accident, where she sustained a severe concussion along with other injuries. Early in the process of dealing with the insurance company, we were given Bill's name, but we decided to wait 6 months to see if there was continuous improvement or not. We would never have gotten through this without Bill. Everything was explained by step by step about what was going to happen. We always felt like we could ask questions. They feel like family.
