From our first meeting to the closing of our house, Vivien demonstrated a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and knowledge. She was a great guide to the challenging Toronto real estate market, something we greatly appreciated as first time home buyers. There were times when we were picky or had unrealistic expectations, but Vivien was patient and worked with us to figure out what was important for us.

We were looking to rent a house on our own and after a few weeks of looking in the usual places (Craigslist, ViewIt, Kijiji, etc.), weren't having much luck finding the right place. A couple days after we hired Vivien, we were visiting multiple properties that exactly fit our requirements (which were quite specific!). A few days after that, we completed all the paperwork for our top choice, and were preparing to move. Vivian was a lifesaver! When I needed to move, Vivian was incredibly helpful while I figured out my long vs. short term needs, and she was incredibly patient while we searched for the perfect spot. She listened to my likes and dislikes and in the end suggested an area I hadn't even thought about and I could not be happier in my new home. Plus, her calm attitude made viewing apartments fun and relaxed - which made all the difference!

We bought our first house in Toronto this year and decided to go with realosophy because of their research oriented approach. Their pro website for clients is fantastic. It's user friendly and has all the information you need in one place. We had Vincci Kumabe as our real estate agent. I don't know what we would have done without her. She is very knowledgable, reliable and trustworthy and was able to get us the house we wanted. We are happy with Realosophy services and in love with our new home! Best first home buying experience!

I ended up going ahead with Realosophy based on their website content and my sense that they would provide fair and thorough services. While there were some slip-ups in terms of customer service, I believe my experience may have been an isolated case.
While making offers, they provide some input and occasionally were less responsive than other agents I've used in the past. However, they did follow up with seller's agents, which ultimately got me the home I wanted.

As a first time home buyer, I've done my fair share of research in regards to looking for a real estate agent and working with Vincci from Realosophy was an experience in a class on it's own.
