This company was an absolute nightmare to deal with. I placed a call on Saturday to have a car key made and the technician called and said he would be at my place between 11-noon on Monday. I cabbed home from work during this time only to have no technician arrive and no phone call to me explaining why.
When I called, he let me know he would be there around 1:30. Fine - so I cabbed back to work and back home again at 1:30. I stood there for over an hour while he messed up cutting 3 separate keys. He then ran out of spares to work with and let me know that I would have to now wait until Tuesday

I had an issue with my front door lock, that was getting stuck every so often. I called minute locksmith, after hearing so much of a positive reviews about them. I am extremely happy I called them. They responded very fast. not to mention that they fixed my lock in no time. The service is great, amazing people, very professional. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know
