They installed a smart lock in my door. It worked a few times. Stopped. Then they fixed it. Worked a few times. Then they wanted to charge me another fee. I called Nest. The lock worked fine. But the deadbolt did not slide in properly. It was pooorly installed. And I have tried to fix it and did Bit because the hole they drilled from the beginning was not done well. It always stops working. They blamed the lock company. But there is nothing wrong it’s the lock.

Fraser Lock and Safe should have been my first stop! Within minutes after going in, they had cut & handed me a pair of shiny new duplicate keys for a toolbox that I wasn't able to find replacements for anywhere else because of the small size. The new ones work perfectly! Thank you for that!

I had a problem with the handle on front door. When I called at 8am he could be here in 10 min. But I arranged a time for 3pm . He was right on time and replaced the handle in no time. Great service friendly manner. Will definitely use them again!

My parents just used this service on Thursday, it took 2 hrs for the service guy to get to them. They were locked out of their house in the cold, they said will take 15 mins. He could not get the door open so he drilled it. Did not replace the lock. And charged them $200. Now I am very upset that they were treated so badly. I believe they should have a refund or a percentage of the money back. They also did not get a receipt. He took the money and ran. Not to mention he had a bad attitude.

Every time I need something done, I call the people here. The work is done quickly and efficiently and it also work properly. Any keys that need to be cut for the house are also done here, as it is done properly the first time. I have always found the staff friendly and very helpful!
