Beautiful and clean place. Had my manicure and pedicure done. Good service in general, but less then expected. The staff who did my manicure did not clean the cuticle properly and left big gaps between the begging of the nail (cuticle) and nail polish line. When I asked to minimize gaps, she said she can’t go closer…. Now it looks like nails have been growing for more than a week since the nail polish was applied. The pedicure staff was much better, cleaned nicely and nail polish applied well with no gaps.

The owner Arezoo has ripped me off several times and I finally end it. She is rude and unprofessional. She charges you for the services that should be free specially when you keep using her services as regular customer. For one toe finger with Shellac she charges me 10 dollars plus taxes where I already paid $98 for manicure and pedicure two hours before. Do not use this salon.

My nails were done by Mojgan, she is a true talent, and the owner, Arezoo is always there to make sure her clients are getting a top notch service. I highly recommend Ari Beauty.

They are quite rude and racist. I called them the morning of my appointment to let them know I was feeling a bit ill and tried to reschedule my appointment to a later date. The person I spoke to over the phone was very rude and implied I was lying about my condition. I went in and complained to the manager about how I was treated over the phone and she pretty much dismissed how I felt and proceeded to make me into the 'Angry Black Lady' telling me lower my voice when I wasn't even shouting and then proceeded to walk away. No apology, no acknowledgement of how they made me feel.

The ambience is nice. The store's design is gorgeous and looks very organized. The staff is so friendly, especially the one who did my nail- Jessica. She's the best! Super professional, patient, and detail- oriented.

Poorly done nails made worse by rude and disrespectful customer service. First time service of gel extensions with shellac polish that started chipping and peeling after 2 days, and after 1 week most of the… nails were chipped or peeling, so I went back to ask for a refund. When I showed my nails to the manager her first response was “do you use heavy chemicals?” I guess trying to blame me for the peeling polish? She then had to check my file and my name had been spelled wrong so she couldn’t find me. Then was confused about what my service was (I had goten a polish change

I got a shellac express manicure from Ari Beauty by Jessica and it has to be the best one I’ve ever gotten.
I was so impressed by Jessica’s attention to detail. She’s truly a dedicated and professional nail technician. If even a speck of colour got outside the nail, she would correct immediately. She took a great deal of care with prepping my nails too! My nails were also very even and smooth - which is such a plus as bumpy shellac can be a problem at some salons.
The whole experience felt warming and friendly - from my interactions at the cash register, to having my nails done.

This is the most beautiful nail salon in Vancouver! The service here is also great! There was parking right infront which was so convenient. It was really easy to book my appointment online which just makes things so much easier. The prices are the same as most salons which I'm happy with. My appointment was right on time - this is so important to me. I've been to other salons where I have an appointment but had to wait 20 mins because they are not done serving the last client. A Very nice and clean nail salon! However a bit overpriced, I ended up paying a bit over $100 for my gel extensions when it was said it will be $65.. don't really know how it came to that much (they said it's cuz I used bio gel polish but idk how bio gel can cost $20-30?). Also didn't really take care of the cuticles so defs not worth over $100.
She did a great job with the shape of the nail though, exactly like I wanted it :)

I moved downtown about ten years ago and quickly searched for a good nail salon in the area and found Arezoo at Ari Beauty Nails. I haven't been anywhere since! Arezoo is super friendly and professional. She never tries to upsell you on a service you don't want unlike other salons in the area who don't speak English while working on you and giggle to their colleagues. You can always find the latest colours of nail polish in her salon. Her mani/pedis last way longer than other salons. Arezoo is a perfectionist and will always ask you if you like the colour you chose any ensures

Ari did a fantastic job on my hands and feet. I got a manicure with bio on my nails and pedicure with gelish on toes. It's the best manicure I've had and has lasted the longest, it's still going strong after 2 weeks. The longest I've had it last before has been 6 or 7 days! Will 100% be back. She has hundreds of colours to choose from, is really friendly and professional.

I've been getting gel pedicures by Ari for almost 3 years. She is fantastic. She has extremely high standards and does a meticulous job. Everything is completely clean and santitized and you even get to keep your file afterwards as she always uses a new one for each client. The gel polish she uses is top-of-the-line and lasts on my toes for weeks. Seven weeks is the longest I've gone and they are still shiny! This is a home-based salon in Yaletown, so if you are looking for a big, spa environment, this is not the place for you.
