After completing articles with a boutique litigation firm in downtown Toronto, Dennis returned to BC, where he grew up. Prior to attending law school, Dennis obtained his business degree at Simon Fraser University, where he acquired business and accounting skills.

He is very professional and detail oriented. Always answers all your questions in great length. Doesn't miss any details, even the ones we as homeowners might have missed.
And he does this at a very reasonable rate. If you were ever considering going to a notary because lawyer fees were too expensive go see Dennis. You won't be disappointed. I did both sale and purchase with him and would use him again for future transactions.

Awesome experience. Bought & sold house, used him for both. Extremely accommodating, very easy to work with, offered basic info to help us through and help us know what to expect. Cost effective vs other options we found (and were originally going to use, until they were rude to my wife).
