Despite very friendly customer service from telephone Customer Service representatives, I am most disappointed with the actual service (or lack thereof). I have been attempting to have Terminix rodent traps removed from my property for two months without success. The initial insect spray hasn't been effective and although the service was guaranteed for 90 days and I have called and emailed numerous times, further service has not been provided. I'm very sorry to have to leave this review.

On Thursday, December 26, 2019 in the afternoon I telephoned Terminix Canada branch in Magog, Quebec. As of Monday, December 30, I have left two voice messages for a company that announces a 24/7 service.
I have received NO call back for my emergency issue. Company NOT professional. No respect, courtesy nor work ethic, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
