I would give 10 stars if I could. I have had an amazing experience at every single interaction I have had and I don't hesitate to recommend them any time I hear of anyone looking for experience with pest control companies. Their whole home package is by far the best money you could spend! But bargains aren't enough reason to use a company, it's the people, and I can't even express how happy I am with both the people and the price of service.

I liked everything about my experience with BBD. When I called, they were able to fit me in for a canine inspection very quickly (the next day). They showed up on time (actually they were early, but they called first to make sure that was ok), and when they arrived they performed a thorough inspection with 2 dogs. They gave me advice on how to treat problem areas myself and were very knowledgeable and professional. Their service allowed me to treat my home in a targeted way instead of blindly spraying everything. I even had them come back after treatment to confirm that I had fully rid my home

They are absolutely the nicest professionals in any profession I've ever dealt with. They are honest and caring and knowledgeable. There's no overdone kind of sales pitch when talking to them. To say that I am overjoyed that we found and hired BBD is the understatement of the century. We hired two other companies who used steam and chemicals over the course of a month, and the bugs were still biting our tenants (including their four children) on a nightly basis.
From the moment I called Brett (in tears) - I knew we were on our way to a solution. He scheduled a canine visit the next morning and had the house treated the following day. Finally, the house and the beautiful family living there were bug free.

One of the worst experiences in my life was having bedbugs. I tried to manage the issue myself but quickly realized it was not possible. I searched the internet for help and was advised to use chemicals all over the house to eradicate the problem. As a cancer survivor on an organic diet - this horrified me as I continued with bites all over my… body. But then I found Bed Bug Detectives .....and boy did they detect.... Having bedbugs is really stressful and it takes a certain kind of person to manage such an emotional situation. When I hired Brian, Pamela & Kaylah from Bed Bug Detectives to manage this horribly out of control situation; I was impressed by their absolute discretion, kindness and quick professional care. With their dogs being able to point at exactly what area of the home the bugs were in - I was able to avoid the high costs of having the treat the whole house. As they eradicated the bugs holistically without chemicals it was a huge relief as I did not want any long term chemical exposure.
