Guthrie Muscovitch Architects is a Toronto-based design firm founded in 1988 by partners Randy Guthrie and Arthur Muscovitch. Since its inception, GMA has been at the forefront of residential design in Ontario. We have worked on sites as small as a single family lot, as broad as city precincts, and as diverse as large-scale condominiums, seniors' housing, resorts and new subdivisions.

Community centre for a large condominium development in Mississauga; meeting and lounge areas, bar, kitchen, pool cabana and related support facilities. New clubhouse building providing bar, kitchen, lounge, dining, banquet, locker room and pro shop facilities. Land-based clubhouse facilities for a self-help private yacht club; meeting, dining, kitchen, washroom, shower and laundry facilities.
A founding partner of GMA, Randy is a graduate of the University of Toronto and has over 35 years of experience as a licensed architect in Ontario.
His early professional experience was in large-scale commercial and institutional projects but, since 1981, he has focused primarily on the field of housing, lending his creative vision and expertise to award-winning projects ranging from small urban-lot redevelopment to large-scale condominiums and resorts.Randy has made significant contributions to the development of sustainable residential design in Canada.
