Greenshield Pest Control Recommends Barry Property Management Inc. Here at Greenshield we often have to outsource for help on our pest control projects for specialty services. We use this company regularly for maintenance and for plumbing. The staff are wonderful and super accommodating. Michelle really goes the distance to make sure that the best job is done in the most efficient and professional manner. Definitely a 5 star business.

Maybe I've watched too much HGTV but...when I decided to rent my home, I thought I could do it all myself. After some negative experiences with Kijiji, I realized I needed help!
BPM got my house rented within 3 weeks (in December~a hard month to find tenants!), did the repairs and clean-up needed before the tenant moved in, and coordinated the lease. They also manage the property for me, which is a HUGE relief because I am not handy and live out of town.
Knowing that BPM is taking care of my home and my tenant gives me great peace of mind! I highly recommend their services!
