Worst Customer Service.! Once you buy a car from there, they don't care about you even after couple of weeks of buying a car. First of all, they sold me car with problem and when I went for diagnostic, they asked me to pay 50 $ and said they may not be able to find the problem. Really.!! Do you call it customer service? I live in Windsor and I had to go Chatham twice but instead of helping me, they refused to help.

Me and my fiance were looking into a smaller engined 2 door, we went with a 2013 veloster.
After a brief discussion with Sharon P. We were told how much it was, how much we'd pay and how much down to get a warranty.
After searching around for $1300 to put down we finally got it and went back, we handed them the $1300, THE GUY PUTS IT IN A SECURE ENVELOPE and after some quick little "keyboard inputs" says AND I QUOTE "oh we weren't able to get you the warranty but atleast you have $1300 into the car

Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. I am now the second person in my family to be lied to here. To start, when I showed interest in a vehicle the dealer, Sammy, called and texted me nonstop. It was very very annoying. Since i've heard sales harassment is a common issues with this dealership. I have also had constant issues with my vehicle since I bought it, the first starting shortly after 30 days of me purchasing it when my car filled with smoke while I was idling in a drive thru. I was very interested in purchasing a vehicle, but the salesman was the most unprofessional that I have ever met. He was rude, pressuring, and had no interest in what I had to say. I could not even finish my sentence before he cut me off to say “do you want the car or not? My girlfriend just bought her car from auto motion. We were very pleased with the amazing team they have there, very friendly staff. Sammy is amazing and always open to answering questions and willing to find a way to work around any type of roadblock. I am speaking on behalf of one of my past foster children who purchased a car from Auto motion in Chatham, Ontario. She is young, inexperienced, and in my opinion, she was taken advantage of. 24% interest rate, 21 years old, no credit history. My husband and I purchased what we thought was a reliable vehicle from this dealership! Little did we realize that we were purchasing nothing but a nightmare. After seeing an add online for a truck I loved, not wanting to waste any time, I messaged Auto Motion and asked if it was still available. They told me it was, and I was told they were open till 8pm that day and was asked what time I could come see it.
