Service was friendly. I went to get my Moderna booster shot. They offer both Pfizer and Moderna vaccines and you can easily book online. I received an email confirming my appointment. Their home health section is very large and there’s a lot of selection of home health equipment and aids to choose from.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I was required to conduct a Covid test for my employment. I decided to go to Hauser's as they had inexpensive testing as compared to other pharmacies. Ben was the pharmacy employee that helped book my appointment over the phone. Ben went above and beyond my expectations. He was very kind, informative and helpful. The support I received from Ben was wonderful, he took the time to explain details and addressed my concerns. Due to Ben's professionalism and positive attitude, I will be visiting Hauser's whenever I need a vaccine/flu shot and or testing. He is an assets

Staff was very kind but had a lot of difficulty getting my COVID results in time. When I didn't receive my results in the expected time frame I called to try and get them sent to me. I kept getting left on hold for a while, and then having someone new pick up and ask why I was calling. When I talked to the third person, they said they didn't have my email, although I wrote it down for them on their designated sheet in the store.

I had Frank at my home today to go over options for new cushions for my wheelchair. Not only was he very helpful with that, he was also able to make alterations to the wheelchair that we had not known we were possible as the original vendor had not explained these to us. I would highly recommend this company and Frank in particular,
