Queenston Pharmacy opened to the public in 2002, starting as a small pharmacy serving clients from the medical building, local seniors and other clients from the neighbourhood.
The pharmacy has built and maintained an exceptional reputation over the years while serving clients from Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Burlington, Ancaster, Grimsby and all the surrounding cities. We started with only one pharmacist and one staff member. Queenston Pharmacy now employs 8 Pharmacists and 19 pharmacy assistants and 2 registered technicians.

Services
I can't say enough about the entire staff at this pharmacy. Sometimes the lineup gets long but this is the fastest pharmacy I have been to. There is no substitute for feeling like someone cares about you for you and not because you are a customer. It is nice when you walk into a business and everyone remembers you and says hi.
In 2008, Queenston Pharmacy started serving retirement homes with a model focused on patient-centered care. We've built a dedicated multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals that provide the highest quality of care for our clients. Our pharmacists and staff with the supervision of our clinical consultant pharmacist support residents and their families by providing patient-centered care through a variety of services.

Our highly trained compounding team provides specialized, custom compounds to fit individual patient needs. Compounding is the specialized act of creating custom medications to fit individual patients needs. Our medications are created using raw ingredients from only the most reputable, Health Canada approved suppliers.

Have been a customer for many years. The entire team are friendly, compassionate ,educated and efficient. The owner Ash is always on site demanding excellent customer service and prompt service. I have always said he is like an angel on earth. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Above and beyond service. Thank you

I have been going there for about 10 years and Ash is amazing .Its almost as if he holds your hand and helps you across and broken bridge.
Very informative , great listener and has a fountain of knowledge.Clearly he has put a good team together and in his absence its like his team is are all parts of Ash.
Amazing amazing, i will not go anywhere else and always willing to drive to this pharmacy no matter the distance.
