We have been delivering quality chiropractic care to the Stittsville and Kanata community since 1996. The practice is located in a renovated house with direct parking in front of the office, we keep office hours set for morning, mid-day and early evening people. Whatever your concern may be, we are always accessible to you.

For seven years, Kathleen was a Certified Massage Therapist in sunny San Diego, California, but has recently come home to Canada to be closer to family and real seasons! With experience that ranges from graphic design to office administration, Kathleen brings a variety of skills and a sense of humor to the front desk.

I've been seeing Dr. Jeff for several weeks now for neck/shoulder pain and resulting headaches. This is my first experience with Chiropractic treatment. Dr. Jeff was very kind and explained the treatment in detail as I was a bit nervous. The treatments are going great. My pain is controlled and no more headaches! Kathleen's lovely smile and friendly demeanor are wonderful. I have recommended to friends and family.

Thrilled to recommend Dr Lowthian and Trinity Chiropractic!! I was first referred to chiro by my physiotherapist, and despite apprehensions (I couldn’t say where I picked the idea up along the way, but I was wary of the field in general) I’m so thankful I gave it a try.

I must admit that, up until a few weeks ago, I was skeptical about chiropractic. Then I injured my back. I felt like an invalid. My wife had to help me to put on my socks and underwear on in the morning!
I started massage therapy, which provided some temporary relief. Then my wife and my massage therapist both suggested that I see a chiropractor.
My first visit to Dr. Lowthian was at the end of March. I was impressed with how quickly and effectively he was able to diagnose my back problem. I had my first adjustment that day and walked out of the office feeling much better.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jeff's ever since he opened his practice in Ottawa. For well over 20 years, he has been taking excellent care of my over all health needs and keeping my body in alignment. I have been a client of Trinity Chiro and Dr Jeff for a few years. I originally sought chiro for a shoulder pain due to a chronic injury. With Dr Jeff's magic help, that injury rarely causes pain any more. When I do activities that re-injure that shoulder, a quick visit to Dr Jeff and I'm back to enjoying life pain-free.
