Hazeldean Family Chiropractic Clinic is a team of caring professionals who love to see health and quality of life restored to those who are in pain and suffering. With 15 years of serving our community, we have seen countless miracles and lives changed through chiropractic care. Dr. Erin McLaughlin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2000.
We are located at the southwest corner of Hazeldean Road and Castlefrank Road, in the plaza with GoodLife Fitness and Rockin' Johnny's Diner. I have had upper and lower back pain for so long I couldn't remember what it felt like to live without the pain. Until we came to this amazing family, friendly office, I struggled with discomfort. I went through Dr.McLaughlin's treatment plan and followed her suggestions. Here I am much later and I finally have mobility and NO pain!!! If you are looking for a great Chiropractor, start here. They love their patients and really make a difference in everything they do. Highly highly recommend this amazing office :)

I was so lucky to be under Dr. McLaughlin's care: she guided me through a treatment plan that fixed my forward head posture and boosted my confidence in turn. After experiencing a number of issues clearly related to additional time spent working at home from an admittedly non-ergonomically friendly space, I booked an assessment at the advice of a coworker who also uses their services. I came to the clinic after years of physiotherapy for an injury i sustained in a car accident. I felt I had plateaued with the physio and was not improving for months so I decided to give chiro a try. I don't want to say this lightly, but it has been somewhat miraculous how much better I have been in the few months since I started coming here. Most of my pain is gone, I am able to move my neck easier and my headaches from my concussion have improved greatly.

I would highly recommend Hazeldean Family Chiropractic Clinic. I have been seeing Dr. Paradiss for adjustments and such. I have Fibromyalgia and Degenerate Disc. Disease as well as a few other health issues I started treatmeant here and my level of pain has decreased by at least 60% and my over all health feels at least 75% better. My joints move much more fluidly as well. I cannot say enough goods things about this clinic. I would highly recommend this place. I rate it a 5 out of 5.

My husband and I have been getting treated by Dr. Paradis since November 2019. I initially walked through the door with acute lower back pain and while that is what pushed us to seek help, we have gained so much more than we thought.
The staff are all SO warm and welcoming. They are flexible with scheduling and never make you feel like you need to do things on their time, making it easy to make and keep appointments.

Dr. Paradis is very professional and has helped me tremendously with my neck discomfort and lower back pains. It shows that he actually cares about you. I would highly recommend his service. Also, his clinic staff are lovely and his place of work is very clean and well-organized. Great chiropractic clinic!

I came to Hazeldean Chiropractic care in September (ish) of 2018. I was fairly new to Ottawa then and have had 20+ years of Chiropractic Care from my hometown Chiro. Soon after arriving in Ottawa my migraines returned, my health was going backwards. I quit doing almost everything I enjoyed because of constant headaches and migraines.It became apparent that I still require regular adjustments to my spine in order to remain in good health. Hazeldean Family Chiropractic always provides a very enjoyable experience when I arrive for appointments. Everyone is in such a pleasant mood from the moment I walk in, to the moment I leave. Seeing a chiropractor every week has really helped improve my life on a daily basis. Weekly adjustments have helped me sleep better and help me fell minimal to no pain when I'm going about my life. Originally, my wife was having pain in her back and we bought a Groupon for a visit to Hazeldean Family Chiropractic clinic for her to see if they could help her with her back pain. That was early last fall; fast forward to the spring of 2104 and all of our family have been under Dr McLaughlin's care for about 6 months now.
