Purchased shoes 2 days ago and returned without wearing and open to exchange versus refund. They literally had not been worn. Because I did not have a box (I declined at purchase) and was not told you had to have the box to return them, I was informed rather abruptly that they could not be returned. Will not be returning to this boutique with a poor return policy and even more dismal customer service

Totally disappointed they won't over refunds of unused full price merchandise with original receipt. Who does that? You can get a refund if you order online, makes no sense. Poor customer service on a gift.

I love the merchandise in this store, and I shop here quite frequently. However, there is a marked difference in customer service that I receive when I'm by myself vs. if I show up with my young baby in the stroller. Sometimes I get ignored with the baby or sometimes I get passive aggressive comments like "oh are you just out for a walk today...??" Like Mom's wouldn't dare to be cool enough for their store. I guess.

I can get most of their lines elsewhere, so I'll probably be taking my business somewhere a little more welcoming to all clients.

This boutique is a nice place to visit once. They have a nice selection of brands such as, Pendleton Portland collection, Velour and Arc'teryx Veilance.

Unfortunately, the staff at this store can make shopping an unpleasant experience. It is okay if you feel like going in and buying a lot, but if you just feel like browsing it can be quite uncomfortable. It feels like they are always trying to make a sale, which of course they are, but it shouldn't feel like this to the customer. As another reviewer noted, the staff are constantly "hovering" and making suggestions of what

First off let me say that Ren R.'s review has some erroneous facts within it. "Leo Boutique is one of the few boutiques left in Calgary after the recession". This statement is simply not true, as more boutique style stores have opened in Calgary over the last two years or so than ever before in recent memory. Shops like Brooklyn, Henry, Bloke Clothing among others, as far as I know the only boutique style store that has closed because of the recession is Smyth and Kang.

More to the point, Leo Boutique is great, has many brands and styles not often found in Canada such as Acne
