This place is the best for kids. We drive from Airdrie, always a great selection and the staff is knowledgeable. My son had a really hard time with his ankles last year and they got amazing boots he was comfortable in and could move around in. We recently got hiking boots and sandals. They were so careful with cleanliness and again were careful to watch how my kids moved in the boots. They knew which would work and which would not. Highly recommend

We have used Little Footprints to purchase shoes for both our littles, for those all important first steps. On each occasion we have received excellent advice, and have immediately noticed a positive difference in our childrens’ walking. Even the obstacles of a Covid shutdown didn’t hamper their willingness to help, and thanks to technology and a phone call we have a super-helpful pair of shoes for our daughter. It is well worth the drive to get such good advice and service, and there new online store should make that even easier. Thank you!

I have been to this store quite a few times. I love this store and will not go anywhere else to purchase my childrens' shoes. The owners were very helpful, they analyzed how my children walk and ran in the shoes and made recommendations based on how my children moved in the various shoes. They also know when children are most likely to have a growth spurt, and let you know if you should purchase a size up (as to help ensure your child's shoes last for the season). It can get quite busy in the store, and so you need to be patient as the owners are helping many customers at a time, but

This is an awesome addition to the Calgary children's shoe market! They have an awesome variety of shoe brands and are so helpful when it comes to finding the right shoe for your child. I've also learned a lot that I had no idea about when buying shoes for kids. Each step a kid takes does matter and makes a difference in their growth. Hands down one of the best selection of kids shoes in Calgary. I try to buy shoe brands recommended by the APMA for my kids but usually have to buy them online in the U.S. and ship. Not anymore. Little footprints carries my favorite brands (Tsukihoshi, striderite, keen) in store and in ALL sizes.
I've always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and good with kids so taking the kids in for a shoe fitting is not a painful experience.
They also carry a variety of kids' accessories and the store itself is spacious and well-laid out.
Bonus points for having toddler half-sizes
