Our Family recently stayed at Malahat Mountain Meadows RV Park & Campground. We really enjoyed our stay. When we first arrived, Art took time out of his busy schedule to show us the facilities in the campground. Our RV site was spacious within a forest setting; you could smell the fresh scent from the pine trees; fresh air was crisp and clean. There is a nice grass area to walk around with a little creek flowing beside it. There are modern clean bathrooms, lots of water pressure for taking a shower. There is a clean laundromat and is very affordable. Close by to Victoria or Mill Bay. We would like

Malahet Mountain Meadows 1
Camped in a 35” motorhome. We are self contained so cannot comment on restrooms/shower facilities.
Pros –
- site was level
- Leaving as fast as you can.
Cons –
- Pretty much a dump – unoccupied RV’s scattered about, smelly swamp of a pool that hasn’t been used in years.
- Had to clean up our site when we arrived. The neighbor next door had taken over his spot and the one assigned to us. They were not home so I had to move chairs, socks, beer cans, liquor bottles, medications….ugh.

Myself and my fiance went on a holiday to Vancouver Island from August 15 to August 25. I looked on the internet and found this place. The most appealing thing I chose this place for was the swimming pool. We got there and after we set up the campsite, we looked for the pool. The pool has not been in service for 8 years. What!. The bathrooms were… dirty, the empty sites were not to inviting. We bought a propane powered fire pit and the fourth night after using it, the manager on duty walked up to us yelling, accusing us of having a fire and the said (We live here, you don't, don't burn the

Just spent the weekend there and what an amazing experience! Art was super helpful and always seemed to be in the area just when we needed him. Definitely a spot I will begin to make a traditional camping spot multiple times during our awesome spring and summer! Thanks again, can't wait to plan the next trip.
