Final Say Home Maintenance specializes in providing maintenance assessments to assist the home owner maintaining their home. I identify health and safety issues along with recommendations towards the upkeep of your home. I provide a professional and thorough visual assessment of the house, both inside and out.

A assessment report is also useful tool in preparing your home for sale. House maintenance assessments are one of the most effective ways to ensure that you are making both a sound structural investment and financial investment. I invite you, the client(s), to travel with me during the assessment so that I can reveal the condition of all systems and components of the house.

The Final Say mission is to provide our clients with the most accurate and comprehensive assessment possible, providing them with the information they need to ensure they make the smartest decision regarding their investment now and in the future.

Do a complete visual assessment of all aspects of the home: roof, exterior lot grading/cladding, structure, electrical, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, insulation/attic and interior walls/ceilings, doors/windows, etc.Pay particular attention to potential health and safety concerns such as low/climbable railings, electrical hazards and venting of carbon monoxide.
Final Say Home Maintenance is owned and operated by Paul Christensen, retired member of OAHI, who has been involved in new home construction and renovations for over 40 years. His knowledge and skill levels can be attributed to the on-site training received from generations of family members involved in the trades covering all aspects of residential house construction.
The purpose of the house assessment is to identify visible defects and/or conditions that, in the judgement of the assessor, adversely affect the function, and/or integrity of the items, systems or components. A thorough house assessment carried out be a train assessor along with a detailed report will allow the client to make a sound financial decision.
The first report is for a Typical Re-Sale Home Inspection (pdf), listing the issues found, with pictures, and also contains information for improvements to the home to make safer and healthier environment for your family. The report also provides maintenance tips that will help protect your investment.
This type of assessment is completed for the seller prior to the listing or sale of the property. The assessment of the above components will take between 1 to 2 hours in a typical home. The client is encouraged to take part in the inspection. A summary report, if requested, listing health, safety and large expenditure items will be provided to the client within 24 hours.
