I've been going to the clinic off and on for about 10 years when I did not have a regular g.p. Apart from having difficulties getting an appointment (which is not unusual during these times,) my experience has been excellent. I've seen three different doctors, Sinton, McLaughlin and Wikens, and they have all been polite, friendly, listened carefully to my health concerns and took effective and prompt action.

Receptionist was a very accurate depiction of the wicked witch in the west. My Girlfriend came in to make an appointment here and she refused to make one on the spot, she would rather you call in to the phone line that she never answers. So we walked outside, watched from the window as we called in, to see her ignore a ringing phone beside her as she probably played solitary on her computer. How many poor reviews have to be left here before you fire this sorry excuse of a receptionist.

This clinic refuses to answer the phone when there are desperate patients on the line trying to get thru to the clinic. This clinic also uses the age old "covid" excuse as a front to deny people entry into the clinic. Phone in only? What about homeless people who don't have phones? This is blatant medical discrimination. Denial and refusal of medical service is a crime and should be treated accordingly

Do not recommend. Terrible experience from start to finish. I understand that wait times are happening due to covid but I waited outside for 40 mins for my appointment; before they even would let me into the clinic. The receptionist is extremely unhelpful. -10/100 experience. Would not accept Alberta healthcare card and tried to charge me $150 for an appointment. Absolute joke of a clinic.

It took me 2 days to finally book an appointment. They said the doctor will call you between 5:45-7:45. I had the phone beside me while doing university work, it didnt ring but the ding for phone messages came up. I called back within seconds but doctor busy and she will call you back, got no call backs despite calling a few times. Got paranoid, kept my phone beside me and stopped doing university work, wasted 2 hours of my time on this appointment.

Pathetic system at this clinic. Patients can keep on suffering or die with pain, but they won't get even a telephonic appointment. You will never get to talk to the doctor. I am trying for last 3 months but no luck. Their answer to every question is either 'keep on trying' or 'go to another clinic'! And even receptionist would bluff just to win the arguments with patients!! #BChealthcaresucks

Absolute joke of a practice. To be fair the Doctor was efficient but the receptionists and practice "manager" are a different story. They will lie to you regarding how many times the Doctor will phone you with results before you incur a $30 fee and will then refuse to give you the results until you pay. When you point out you were given false information regarding telephone results they will then state that miraculously no-one remembers giving out this information. When you then complain that you were given false information they will refuse to refund you and will instead advise you to go to another
