Children under 12 years of age - $60 for the initial 45 minute appointment, and $40 for subsequent 30 minute treatments.

Kirsten Hammond is a registered massage therapist who has been practicing massage therapy since 1998, and is now happy to be operating her own clinic. Since 1998, she has successfully contributed to a multidisciplinary clinic environment, as well as worked independently to share holistic healing.
Kirsten has continued to develop her skills and knowledge in pre and post natal massage, infant massage, core stabilization exercises and osteopathic techniques for the spine and pelvis.Some of the specific techniques that she finds effective are: deep tissue massage, myofascial release, swedish relaxation and trigger point therapy.

With your initial treatment, a portion of your time will be focused on reviewing your case history form and clarifying your treatment goals. Assessments are usually done at the start of each treatment and may include range of motion limitations, postural assessments, orthopedic tests, strength testing, and gait analysis.

My wife and I both go to Evolutions Massage. We are so fortunate to have Evolutions within walking distance of our house. The online booking system is easy to navigate to make your appointment. Kirsten is an experienced, excellent Massage Therapist. She designs her treatment for you based on your needs, and adjusts that treatment based on your changing needs. Kirsten is very personable and provides a very calming and relaxing environment for your time there.
