Dundas is a formerly independent town and now constituent community in the city of Hamilton in Ontario, Canada. The population has been stable for decades at about twenty thousand, largely because it has not annexed rural land from the protected Dundas Valley Conservation Area.

The housing market these days is a crazy one, but Cal and his amazing team kept us sane throughout our entire search for a new home. Always quick to respond and willing to work with our restrictive work schedules--the folks from Voortman Realty were with us every step of the way. Cal Voortman was very understanding and patient with my wife and me. Mostly me, as I had a negative view of real estate agents. But he took the time to help us and had our condo sold for max selling price in area, before it even hit regular MLS listings. Fastest I ever saw a place move. he's a good guy with good morals.
