After listing our house with another realtor for six months, during which time we received 2 "lowball" offers, we engaged Len's team in late January 2021. We had a great offer 3 weeks later which we've now accepted. Throughout the process Len made helpful suggestions (his staging person was amazing!) And, during the negotiations, his experience and ability to get the deal done really showed.

My partner and I asked for a house showing from this realtor company. We had a misunderstanding (being involuntarily assigned a buyer realtor for the showing) with the showing agent and asked to speak to the listed agent, which is Len T. Wong, the broker. He called us from a hidden number and immediately berated us for being "evasive" and "rude"… to his agent. He accused us of avoiding answering questions from the agent which had in fact not even been asked. He yelled at us for most of our 20 minutes conversation and it was very difficult to respond. We provided feedback that we found this
