Our dryer stopped working so we called Karl and Son first thing in the morning. Left a voicemail and sent an email. They called back right away and came to our house the same day. Repaired the dryer and got it working very quickly.
The cost of the part and labour was reasonable. They warned us before coming that there would be a $100 charge for the visit even if they couldn't fix it. Fortunately they did fix it, but we still had to pay the $100 plus part and labour. Not complaining because the total price was fair and much less expensive than buying a new dryer.
