They take the time to explain the work done and/or needed done and are very honest about how much of a priority it is so you can schedule it in as time/budget allows.
Always professional and I really like the email reports that are sent out. The pictures of the affected areas needing repair included in these reports are really helpful in understanding what needs to be done.
I always refer people to Berts!

I found the staff to be exceptionally courteous and professional. Details of the inspection were provided electronically including photos to support the level of work that needed to be done. Any work to be done was explained. Unnecessary work was not done. For instance the rear brakes did not require replacement and their life was given in kms. I was very appreciative of their honesty. I highly recommend them.

I would recommend this garage to everybody! They are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They are not pushy at all and won't make you feel like your doing something wrong if can't get the extra work done, that they found during your scheduled appointment, they explain it and give you recommend time frame. They are family owned and operated and treat their customers with respect. I ABSOLUTELY would send friends and family their way.

Kevin has always taken the time to explain the work being done on me vehicle, and why it's important, and has worked with me to prioritize service when money is tight (and to say what can safely wait to be worked on). The team is always quick to get my vehicle in, and provides a "loaner car" so I don't have to miss any work.
I've never left an appointment feeling anything but satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Incredible focus on both customer and timely service on all fronts. After my engine light popped on, I was able to quickly make a next day appointment for diagnostic while also receiving a loaner vehicle which allowed me to not miss any hours at work. They are with the times technologically, provide instant updates via text and email as well as a more than thorough breakdown of urgent attention items to items of potential concern down to regular maintenance suggestions based on history and mileage of the vehicle. I am consistently pleased with the service I receive at Bert’s. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. My car was actually ready before the time we had agreed to which is amazing. In addition to an oil change and installation of my winter tires, I had under car oiling done. They cleaned the film off my windows before pick up! I have been going to Bert’s for many years and will continue to do so.
