Tony to the rescue. We were hauling our camper for the first time this year and our engine light went on. Tony couldn't do enough for us. He literally crossed the street to where we were parked and did a diagnosis. While he could have 'sold' us on immediate inspection and repair, he told us it wasn't serious enough - and to check things out at our local repair shop when we returned home after vacation. No charge. The problem was as diagnosed later as advised, but thanks to Tony we didn't miss an hour of vacation. Nice to know there are still honest and caring shops around! Thanks Tony !

I brought my truck and trailer in for a commercial safety. They do great trailer work and are very accurate with their quotes. They spotted a tiny oil leak in the crank shaft pulley of my truck that the Dodge dealership had missed while doing my oil changes. Providing awesome customer service and quality work I highly recommend this shop!

We have had our vehicles serviced with Buehler Automotive for 15 years and have been very happy with their service. We appreciate that they let us know when they notice things on our vehicles that need to be looked after. They are helpful, friendly, and not over-priced. If I am in a pinch, they can pick me up to get my repaired vehicle....now, that's service! Lester is also extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful - just an all-around nice guy. Stephanie, at the front desk, is also really nice.

I have been driving for over 55 years. I've always been able to find a reliable mechanic until I retired to my new Village of Elora almost 4 years ago. I tried all that were available and not satisfied with any of them for one reason or another - like being charged over $150 more on a job they already quoted and didn't call me to tell me until I went to pick up my vehicle. As a senior on a fixed income this was outrageous! Out of desperation I asked the local community for help and almost 85% of the people who responded recommended Buehler Automotive in Alma. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! With a quick diagnosis of any problems, repair work is done proficiently and efficiently, and turnaround time is excellent. From the time the car is booked in for repair, to the time the work is completed and picked up, makes for one happy customer! It's no wonder Buehler's has a loyal fanbase, as you're treated like family instead of just a "customer". I'm very happy to know, and rely on such a trust-worthy automotive shop such as Buehler Automotive!
