Had such an amazing experience that I have to leave a review. I made a 5 hour round trip to pickup my new bike and will do it again some day. Wish they were closer and I could make them my local. I was helped by Brandon, an incredibly knowledgable and courteous guy. I learned a lot just in our short conversation and he went above and beyond to make sure I was totally covered for the trip home and forseeable future with my new bike. Awesome experience the kid took my back tire and fixed it quick ! But when I went to bicycle cafe! I gave the dude my bike so I just gave the kid my back tire cause I didn't want any dumb rule about how I can't get my tire fixed due to just having one brake! I'm pretty sure the same thing would of happen but I needed my bike fixed so I didn't let no one there notice my one brake! Don't worry guys I'm not gonna die cause I got one brake! Great service though!

Super professional service with a smile (with their eyes at least, they were wearing masks).
After someone stole my bike seat and post they were able to help me find a very particular replacement and helped me secure it against future thefts.
Evan helped me out and he did an excellent job. Would definitely come back for future bike needs.

Great customer service. Every staff member was very welcoming and helpful over the phone and in person, and they were also very accommodating with my reservations of bringing our baby into the store. Cory was… so helpful in setting up our bike trailer, answering all of our questions, and ensuring we were comfortable with our choice before sending us on our way. We’re very happy with our choice of trailer as well as our choice to buy from from To Wheels. We will be back to purchase our new bikes if/when they’re available as well!

Sadly, not the greatest experience everyoneelse had took my specialized stumpjumper there to get a rear shock replaced or fix the original, after more than 3 months still had nothing, they never contacted me unless I did, they were a bit rude to be honest, i understand business are not operating full time hrs especially in the USA but thats not an excuse. comunication its key not sure why they were acting like that, this place was highly recommended to me unfortunately didn't work out for me 🤷♂️

Picked up a bike here recently for a friend, and they were very accommodating in terms of having the bike ready sooner. Their staff was very friendly and politely answered all of my questions. Also, their stock is amazing compared to bike shops in the GTA! I had been looking for a Garmin Varia radar for a while, and could not find any place near me in the GTA that stocks it. They had it here! Oh, and my friend loves her new bike. Thanks, To Wheels!

I don't often give 5 stars! To Wheels deserves it. Great service, huge selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff. We were referred to To Wheels by a colleague and we were not misled. Stop in to see for yourself!
Ryan was amazingly patient and spent a lot of time with us to help us be comfortable with the new bikes we were looking for. Our commutes in London will be more comfortable and enjoyable thanks to his insight, suggestions and assistance.
The mechanics, although busy with spring tuneups, etc. took the time to help us out and no one seemed inpatient with our continuous questions

I bought my mid-high end bike here in 2012. Last week I broke a small part (it happens), and as a result, I smashed up a bunch of the back end pretty badly. Rather than try to fix it myself, I brought it in for repairs.
The repair guy in the back was very helpful about explaining what needed to be fixed and why. For each damaged part, he gave me the option of replacing it entirely with the same part, replacing it with a more affordable option (and explained the performance difference), or of leaving the old part there (and explained what weakness it may cause if I did). My wife and I decided to purchase some bikes and after perusing the selection on offer from other stores, we chose To Wheels.
The prices were great and the service was excellent.
We were greeted immediately upon entering and were offered guidance on the best options for us based on what we would be using them for.
