Disappointing that after spending a significant amount of money on a new bike, they cant seem to be bothered to deal with any of the problems I have had with this bike. Beyond rude and so confrontational and looks like I wasnt the only one this happened to!!! I will stick with Too Wheels

Went in to get a few replacement parts. The older male in the store who I am assuming was the owner was extremely rude to me right from the beginning. I had some questions regarding bike parts and he was quick to become confrontational and had zero patience with me. Parts seemed a little pricey as well. Only positive note was that his daughter was kind and very helpful. As much as I want to support a local business I won't be coming back here. I would rather make a drive to London to get parts/service than be harassed again by a miserable old man.

Lots of help finding a bike with good advice and no pressure. Variety in bikes was pretty good under the circumstances but not great for matching sizes. Still a very recent purchase but no complaints so far.

They are genuine! Last year, we went to buy a new bike for my 6 yr old to learn on. Doug recommended we buy a used one for him to learn on and "bang up", so that's what we did. We went back this year, and got a new bike for my son and for my hubby! Doug obviously knows his stuff - we've found him to be quite helpful anytime we've gone in.

Great personal service! I spoke with both Doug and Marion today and had a good conversation about my needs. Doug was focussed on repairing my aging bicycle rather than being quick to just replace parts (the easy answer). I appreciated the sensitivity to value for money. Don't believe the negative reviews you read because this is a good local establishment with great knowledge and experience.

STAY AWAY!!! Always thought this was a great store until I had to deal with the owner Doug. Extremely rude and a disrespectful man would be an understatement. Zero customer service skills! Wife is great but isn’t allowed to do anything without his approval. Very disappointed I found this out after purchasing bikes from his store.

I had high expectations when I stopped in there because I heard they have good service from a previous customer. However the guy inside who was fixing the bikes inside was rude and confrontational. I was simply asking if he could fix a worn out part and ended up getting a lecture on how I am not riding the bike properly. Decided I didn't want to argue with him anymore and will take my business elsewhere!

Buyer beware. Bought a brand new bike. Discovered a manufacturer’s defect. Asked them to take a look. They initially refused to even look. Took the defect personally, made it about them, exceedingly rude.
I have shopped here for 15 years. Every bike, every helmet, every pump is from Doug and Marion. They were my neighbours. I sent lots of people here.
Doug was beyond rude and would not take responsibility for something he sold. My advice? There are better places to shop. Take your business there.

I have been going to Doug and Marion's for years. They are about the best bike shop I have ever dealt with. The prices are great and the service is top notch. I get all of my bicycle maintenance and all of my bicycle accessories here. Doug has decades of experience as a bicycle mechanic and he is a straight shooter. He will tell you the truth about what you need, even if it might not be what you want to hear.
If you are in the market for a new bike, need repairs or accessories, come to Doug and Marion's Cycle Shop. You won't be disappointed.

Outstanding service! One of our bikes broke while on vacation, and this bike shop was the closest. The owners were extremely welcoming and nice. The second we show the broken part of the shifter mechanism- Doug knew exactly what we needed. Of course, the part was at the very top of the rack, just under the ceiling :) Got, and it worked with minimal adjustments. We were back on the trails in no time! Good “old fashioned” shop with nice selection of parts and knowledgeable owners. They’ve been in business there for 28 years, and it shows.
