This is our second brand new home. Had a wonderful experience this time around. Would def recommend Boer homes. Updated...do yourself a favour and try and get out of the 15 year contract for water heater he uses sandpiper . So my hot water heater Will end up costing us over 9k!! And we've had nothing but problems with it.
I'm assuming he gets a kickback? Not sure why else a builder would use this company. Ridiculous amount money for a water heater.

Couldn't be more happy with the smooth building process and our custom home! Henry and his team, are experienced professionals and involved us in decisions but also kept things moving when bumps in the road did arise (as they often do with any build!). The team was open to all of our questions and concerns and continues to be even after we're in our home!

Workers are rude yelling and saying obscenities about residence of the neighbourhood. The workmanship is terrible and they will brick a whole wall in a day not allowing it to settle so it ruins your home a year later. Almost as bad as Mattamy putting drywall up with no roof in the winter
