Dealing with the person(s) picking up my item was the only positive thing out of this experience. They are not up front about cost and hidden fees, their ladies answering the phones needs a little more training in the customer service area and when I finally got my items they did not want to take responsibility for the damages to my furnitures (which was not damaged when they took it from my house) . Andrea their rep that deals with these issues just bluntly told me that they only cover for full lost of items and not damages and pretty much gave me a run around of who I need to talk to when I basically

I wish there was a zero, because that's how I would rate Sea Jamaica shipping..their customer service is horrible and they don't handle people stuff with care.
I shipped with them twice and both times I experience a lot of damages , stuffs were broken in pieces and they took no responsibility for the damages.
DO NOT SHIP WITH SEA JAMAICA..I learned the hard way...I should have stay with Freight plus..

This was my first experience with Sea Jamaica and it was fabulous. They customer service rep was Chris. I was pleasantly placed on hold; waited for about 5 minutes (this is not unusual. I have waited 40 minutes for Rogers and 32 minutes for TD for example) and had an informative pleasant conversation with Chris. I will provide an update after other services.

They ARE THIEVES. DO NOT USE THEM.
This is by far the worse shipping company I have used.
They picked up my Barrel June 30 told me it took 2-3 weeks.
It got there Mid August.
When you call here they take forever to pick up the phone, when they do they put you on hold and then cut you off 70% of the time.
At the location in Jamaica, it took more than 8 hours to get through because they refused to apply the discount given by the Government when travelling and shipping.
When the barrels finally came out they were damaged. Already forced open and ¼ of the thing from the top were missing. According
