We can act as registered office for your corporation and will prepare annual returns and assist with any required corporate filings. We can prepare unanimous shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and joint venture agreements.
Our rates are comparable to those of our competitors, and we always ensure that our clients have received value before charging for our services. Depending on the type of legal service being provided, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Final bills will include costs for copying, filing, messengers, third-party research tools and other costs that we may incur on your behalf.

We were referred by family as they have had a great experience and said he is extremely helpful even after the work / billing is done. He took care of all our needs and was very patient with all our questions. Very personable - it was nice working directly with a lawyer opposed to some of my past experiences where a lawyer has assigned all the work to a paralegal and only signed the paperwork. Would/will use again.

We had a great experience at Olson Law Group. I choose them as I was impressed that Matt did all the interviews and work where other firms use a paralegal and have a lawyer sign off. He was so thorough and helpful when preparing our documents for us. This was the best experience I have ever had with a law firm and strongly recommend him. He prepared our Will and POA documents.
