If you're in the market for a over priced lawyer who gives poor advice which will cost you for years then you've come to the right place. Despite commanding $450 per hour she was out maneuvered by a $225 per hour lawyer who literally graduated a year ago. Outplayed on everything and every time. Everything she said would happen did not. Everything she recommended I do was a failure and cost me time, money and heartache. A failure to the tune of $8000 to her and countless thousands to the other party. In hindsight and in my opinion her interpretation of the law is out of date and she was jaded by

I have seen Brenda Birklein twice now and she has been so very helpful, friendly and straight forward. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have seen/talked to a number of lawyers and so many of them talk in circles and it takes them a while to get to the point. Not Brenda, she gets straight to the point. So grateful!!

I cannot say enough good things about Brenda Birklein. She recently helped me through my separation and divorce. Hiring her was the best decision ever. Brenda was very empathetic but also super clear about next steps. Since that time, I have encouraged a few of my close friends to also connect with Brenda and the team.
