Rita was referred to us by a friend, and was a lifesaver when it came to purchasing our first home. My wife and I dealt with Rita for our first home buying. Those of you reading this, call her ASAP. We walked in with very little experience or knowledge of the home buying process. She laid out everything super easy. Informed us of all the options for lenders, the good, the bad, and everything else. She worked with my schedule (oilfield) to make sure it was convenient and easy.

Rita was awesome to work with setting up our last two mortgages. I wouldn't know where to begin without her. Her experience and knowledge take a lot of stress off of the purchase of a home. I’ve gone to Rita for several new mortgages and renewals in different circumstances. She listened to what I needed and found solutions to complicated situations, or really tight timelines. Rita would find mortgages with great rates and then clearly explained the different terms of each and how those terms affected me. Rita answered my questions patiently and quickly. She continued to be a resource even after we had completed our mortgage, helping us take care of issues with the bank. While knowledgeable and professional, Rita makes the mortgage shopping experience comfortable and personal.

Rita's services are incomparable! She worked with us for over a year before we found the right property, and then through every stage of our home build. It was a unique circumstance of an agricultural property and a custom home build, but she knew exactly what to do for us. Rita is an extraordinary professional who went above and beyond for us. In our initial meetings, Rita spent a great deal of time explaining the process and our options to us, and providing us with sound advice. We were relatively new in town, and she provided us with numerous recommendations for other professionals we would require during the home buying process.
