Keith Wong, hands down! Called this location as I was looking to move my mortgage during COVID as rates were dropping like crazy. I reached out to other mortgage lenders and the big banks and most were super slow to respond, didn't even respond at all or couldn't provide me a decent rate. Some didn't even care to really do anything.
And then there was Keith, he picked up my call right away and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Keith was very knowledgeable and quick to do the calculations, and right then, I knew it was a no brainer to switch my mortgage from 3.09% to 1.75
