Returning Students: Days stay the same unless you are green belts then you go up one level. Master Henry's martial arts career began with Kung-Fu in 1985. After moving to Canada in 1991, he started Taekwon-Do at one of the first community centres run by the Woodbridge Taekwon-Do Group. He has taught for over 14 years at various community schools throughout the city of Toronto.
In 2000 he started Swar Taekwon-Do in Caledon East, Ontario. To give you the opportunity to challenge yourself and have fun in learning Taekwon-Do with us, we will give you the first week free. We encourage you to come out to the club and try a class. Taekwon-Do is the Korean Art of Self-defense that has been practiced over the years.

Swar Taekwon-do is excited to announce our new location in Acton Ontario starting this fall. Master Henry is a resident of Halton Hills, along with his wife and two daughters and is looking forward to bringing the art of ITF Style Taekwondo to Acton and the surrounding area.
Swar has over 22 years' experience and the backing of Woodbridge Taekwondo Group under the tutelage of Kwan Jang Nim Cariati, Founder and President of the International Chang an Taekwondo Federation.
