Mr. Alex (Inspector) arrived at the place before the scheduled time. He got all the necessary materials and equipment for the Home Inspection. The inspector was very polite, informative and showed that he really knew what he's doing. We walked through the house and showed me all the areas that needs concern. Alex performed the inspection on a twenty year old house for us. The inspection was incredibly thorough with explanations, pictures, thermal imaging and moisture detection. The report and how it was performed gave us piece of mind.

Alex Cruz came out and did our house inspection. He was EXTREMELY helpful and full of advice for us as soon-to-be newer home owners! When going through the property he was extremely thorough and would walk us through his entire process and what he was checking for. Any questions we had he was able to answer and give us any additional outside resources if he thought was appropriate. Whether that was a maintenance question or a question for our insurance.
