Dr. Wong was born and raised in Edmonton. She attended the University of Alberta prior to attending the University of Waterloo, where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree with honours in 2015. During her studies, Dr. Wong completed an Ocular Disease and Therapeutics externship with the OMNI Eye Specialists in Baltimore, Maryland.

Dr. Jillian Wong is very knowledgeable, thorough, and well equipped in dealing with dry eyes. She has the latest technology for radio frequency (RF), intense pulse light (IPL) therapy, and expressing the meibomian glands using the proper tool. She also records gland expression with a video camera so that you can see the viscosity of what’s being expressed. I’m excited about her extensive variety of small frames for when I need to purchase glasses next. I highly recommend OPT!
