Getting through to talk to the front desk is sometimes a challenge, well its a large challenge actually. While I can't say I have had world class service from the reception its not been notably terrible either. The doctors however have taken great care of me and while there is some learning going on here i.e. the residents I felt I received solid care and information for my issues/ailments. Thanks for this!

My partner had been experiencing severe allergic reactions. He called the clinic and was told to take reactine. After a month of it not going away as well as noticing swelling in the face and lips. Once again phoned and given an antihistamine. I advised my partner to phone back and explained this was more serious, they proceeded to give him another prescription for an epipen. (Still no appointments) Symptoms kept worsening so finally the receptionist gave him an appointment three weeks away. They did not advise a WIC or an ER. I highly doubt the receptionist even consulted a doctor. She was very

I just went to the customer service desk the first one on the right side, I think she is Indian lady, honestly she is very rude and she doesn't know how to speak with a customer, I have never seen like that in Halifax.

New Review:
My first review which I gave a 1 star is still below but I stated that I had multiple interactions with the staff over a year's period where I felt they were rude, quick to get me off the phone, uninterested, etc. I wanted to give an update because I felt it was warranted.
Over the past 5-6 months every interaction has been the complete opposite. Staff have been friendly, helpful and delightful to talk with on the phone or in person. Although this is a Medical Clinic where student doctors are the front line examiner and still learning, of the three students I've had I can tell they

Phone customer service sucks as their operators have no customer service skill what so ever. Hire some people that listen to the callers request and then answer accordingly. Don't forget they have no medical terminology as they will be quick to tell you.
