Caring for your eyes begins with an annual eye exam. Although many people think eye exams are only for people who need glasses, everyone needs and would benefit from a comprehensive eye exam. Not only do eye exams ensure that you are seeing clearly but they are essential in early detection of a many potentially sight- threatening eye diseases such as age-related macular degeneration, glaucoma and cataracts.
It is essential for your child to have annual eye exams so that any vision problems can be detected and treated as soon as possible. The Canadian Association of Optometrists recommends that infants have their first eye exam at six months old. At this age we can usually diagnose visual conditions such as "crossed eyes" and "lazy eyes, " both of which need treatment.
As we age, we are at a significantly higher risk of developing eye problems and eye disease. Early detection, diagnosis and management are essential in maintaining optimal vision and quality of life. Dr. Daria Paciga is the best! I am so impressed with her professionalism. I knew I was at the right place before, during and after the entire examination……compare with how much I’d spent on wrong prescriptions. I got my GLASSES only on Thursday and I never had any reason to complain. I recommend her and the entire office to the World.

I would highly recommend La Rose Vision. They are quick, pleasant , helpful and extremely informed. I had been experiencing headaches for over a year and couldn't figure out why. Luckily, La Rose found that my existing glasses were not centred for my vision. It turns out my eyes were constantly straining to see! I am now wearing new prescription glasses, provided by La Rose, and haven't experienced any headaches since purchasing them. Goodness gracious, I could have done without the year of headaches had I only found La Rose sooner!
