I recently became very ill with cancer and was declined long term disability benefits through my employer's insurance company. I couldn't believe how arrogant and unfeeling they were. I was permanently disabled by my negligent landlords, and Jane Burbage provided legal advice (that I now perceive as having been) in the interest of insurance companies. Remember, Jane Burbage typically works for insurance companies. If you are an individual who is thinking of going up against an insurance company, avoid Jane Burbage.

Honestly not much good to say here. I would not recommend hiring her for any legal action. I was over charged and all she really did was review my file over and over and over again, without even understanding it. I got calls that were suppose to be updates but was the same information i had already received.
I ended up representing myself as I refused to provide her more money.

I called Ms. Burbage as I had some general questions about a terminal illness in my family and what needed to be done to prepare for this, as well as avoid any complications. She was very helpful and sympathetic and for those questions that were outside of her area of expertise, she referred me to another lawyer nearby who could answer those other questions for me. I will definitely reach out to her again should I need her services.
