We take pride in the fact that our firm is known and respected throughout the province. After graduating from Brock University in 1978 with his Bachelor of Science Degree, Terrence H. Hill attended law school at Queen's University where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1981. Terry returned to St. Catharines and commenced his employment with Harris, Barr, the predecessor of the current firm Daniel & Partners LLP, where he is now the senior active partner.
Donald C. DeLorenzo's areas of specialization are civil and commercial litigation, employment law, municipal law, administrative law, and commercial transactions.
He has considerable trial and appellate experience before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal, and before various administrative tribunals, including the Normal Farm Practices Protection Board and the Appeals Committee of the Ontario Hockey Federation and Hockey Canada.

Callum Shedden practices in the areas of municipal law, land use planning, real estate and wills and estates administration. He regularly appears before municipal councils and administrative tribunals, including the Local Planning Appeals Tribunal (formerly the OMB), the Environmental Review Tribunal, the Niagara Escarpment Commission, the Conservation Review Board and the Assessment Review Board.
Brandon M. Boone joined Daniel & Partners LLP in 2001, having practiced in the Region since 1992. He graduated from Glendon College of York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in the bilingual program in 1990 and subsequently earned a Bachelor of Laws degree (now Juris Doctor) from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in 1993.

Reached out to this firm in late August for advocacy to NRH as my family is caught in the local housing crisis that Niagara is currently facing and their most experienced lawyer in Municipal Law would not help me. This law office is brushing past locals caught in the housing crisis here in Niagara when they could be doing so much more to support the local community.

Used in the purchase of a house.
The receptionist was polite and friendly, understandable and super helpful. She was busy yet still made time to make sure we felt welcomed. We dealt with Matt de Luca who was a really nice and down to earth guy. Unfortunately i did not understand a lot of the jargon to the level I would like but i put my full trust in this firm - all documents are given and I can review at any time. They are very transparent and Id use them again in a second.
Fyi - discounts apply if you're buying a house and both the seller and buyer use 2 lawyers from the same firm 😊

I used Sarah Draper as my real estate lawyer to purchase my first house in Thorold. Sarah and her assistant Lisa were helpful. The sellers caused some damage accidentally when they moved out and Sarah made sure they fixed it. Sarah has also helped me with employment law matters as well. I would definitely recommend Daniel & Partners.

Upon becoming a mother I wanted to get my affairs in order so that their wouldn't be an ambiguity in the event of any unforeseen tragedy. I went to Daniel and Partners not really knowing what my options were. I hired Sarah Draper to prepare my will and powers of attorney. The price was reasonable and the service excellent. She took the time to review everything with me in detail to be sure that I understood my options.
