I have ongoing back issue I went today and seen Dr Baloo, he is absolutely amazing. I was having a lot of pain and not able stand up right for the last few days this was my first visit with him and he actually took the time and listened to what I was saying and was very knowledgeable and answered all my question and was able to tell me what was going on with my back. He was able to do an adjust on my back including crack my lower left side of my back that has not been cracked in over a year. What a difference after he adjusted my back I could stand up straight which I have not been able to do in

Our family has been going to Back to Wellness since 2007. We have consistently received top-notch care over the years. I really appreciate that the providers work together to give integrated health care. That was especially helpful when my son needed treatment for a sports-related injury - he had chiropractic, physio and kinesiology all in the same place, sometimes on the same day! I also really like that in addition to being professional, Back to Wellness is a friendly place. I love that it was started by two sisters. You can really feel the family atmosphere - we feel like we are part of the

Pros:
They do offer direct billing where possible to benefits providers which is handy.
The practitioner for services i have used are very professional and deliver a good service.
Cons:
I have had three different services now with three individual practicioners who were all 10-15 minutes late and I have almost been at the point of walking out. I find this very disrespectful and frustrating.
I wish they also had an online booking system as booking appointments via email normally ends up as a nightmare - would recommend calling in always.

I love this place because of Kara. She is an awesome RMT and I would give her 5 stars anytime. But Back to wellness customer service is bad. During Covid restriction, I always had my mask but I forgot it today and they wanted to sell a mask for $2!! Not only they dont provide it free of charge like most other places but they also add mark up on it. I am so disappointed.

We are happy and proud to have our first chiropractic, naturopathy, and acupuncture experience in Back to Wellness. The clinic is almost like a one-stop shop.
Dr. Calvin Cheung is a great and competent chiropractor who treated my recurring vertigo episodes and migraine attacks. He is very kind and easy-going which my two girls aged 14 (with sports-related muscle injuries) and 7 also love.
Dr. Eric, a gentle and knowledgeable professional, handled my first couple of chiro sessions. I had to switch to Dr. Calvin due to work schedule conflict and location accessibility.

I like this clinic because of the multiple practices available. I have seen Dr. Ko and Dr. Kassam. Both are professional and have treated my symptoms over the years. I would highly recommend both of them. The only reason i don't give this 5 stars is because their front desk reception can be rude at times. I think they need to address that area of their business.

Total cash grab. Dr. Rozina is hesitant to give real adjustments and instead insists you come back frequently, bringing more money to her appointments. She told me I needed to come in 3 times a week to treat my pain. Who has that kind of time?
Then, she tried to sell me on the other services of the practice. Massage therapy. Naturopath. This numbing spray they carry. It got excessive. I really did not feel like she cared about my wellness but saw dollar signs instead.
They also don't have online booking and I wasn't improving--probably because I could only go weekly, which still seems

Do NOT go here for physio. The guy who does physio here should not be doing what he does for a living. He did not care to see any of my results from my scan. He would rush me in to the appointment and then rush out at soon as he could to get to his next appointment. He did not go through any exercises with me, only sending me an email with the exercises. he did not ever go over the exercises with me. this guy is beyond lazy. there are way too many other physiotherapists in the area. don't go here. on the plus side though, the front desk staff are nuce

I've trusted the care and professional services of Dr. Rozina Budhwani for over 10 years now. Her patience, knowledge and sincere care is parallel to none. I've been in severe pain over the past few years due to multiple car accidents. The chiropractic treatment I've received from Dr. Budhwani has provided me with greater mobility and better health overall. It's difficult to function when you sustain back injuries like I have and the only relief I've received is from Chiropractic treatment. Dr. Budhwani is terrific and will most definitely improve your well being if you
